There is that but with few exceptions. My brother had applied in March 2010 under NOC 0213, got 12 months letter in June last year (which was late already considering March applicant) and since then no news whatsoever. If he gets 18 months letter now than it'll drive me crazy which means I would be knocking few doors here in Canada, wait is always a killer especially when you have to wait not knowing the future. His GCMS shows no flags at all, let alone red flags and file has been approved as per the comments by the VO as foot note. I thought initially it is to do with his NOC but if that was the case, there would have been some kind of notes by VO in GCMS to put file on hold......or something along thoze lines

May be some applicants have been thrown to 2014 because the backlog will be cleared before 3rd quarter of 2014 or may be these applicants are in a process of being transferred to other visa offices as happened before don't worry about the UDR, many applicants are still waiting for MR's from the Oct 12 batch of UDR's

It's been 2 weeks since my passports reached LVO. When will I get them back with visa? When does e-CAS status change?

By the grace of Almighty Allah, I got my passport after visa stamped yesterday...

How many steps are there bcs here i see only payment option, is there some other option right after payment? i mean GCMS Form application.

I used CAIPS.CA and it was OK but cost was little bit more!
Any used visa file services , please share their experience !

I have used services of both and no difference but only VISAFILE is cheaper. Have applied through visafile last weak again, so far so good.
