After 1 week, I requested for caips and got it exactly in 1month

Hi Cool,
After how many days of completion of medicals you have sent you caips NOTES...
I am intention to do the same coz till now my ecase for medicals are not updated yet....b it worried.

First the letters/emails were rcvd from option -1 and now after 6-12 months wait letter rcvd from option 2.so what shud i expect???

No difference as the rest of the address is same. They might have aligned their depts internally.

Dear Marchie, I guess no need to worry about medical update in e-cas, I have received PPR-1 but E-CAS still shows in process and there is no new line Medical Received

Agree, it will take 35 to 40 days for e_case to be updated

When you filled the generic form for your chiled (as requested by VO) did you include only your chiled in the
dependant detailes or you include all your family members

Once i made the payment, I received 1 form from them in which both of us to sign (myself+ Spouce) but could not find in the form the file number.

Although, it is required to write your case file number on the envelop but if you have missed it, no problem. Write them an email mentioning "IMPORTANT" in the subject line and tell them that you forgot to mention the file name by mistake and mention the date of shipment, tracking/shipment/airway bill number as well as the company through which you have sent your docs like FedEx, DHL, UPS etc. Ask them to acknowledge the receipt of the docs. By this method, even if they don't acknowledge, you will have a strong point in your hand that at-least you have informed them about it on time.

Although, its my "wild guess" but the name is indicating that they are not the same. I guess, the first one communicates with the applicant till the application is not screened while after the initial screening, the second one communicates with the applicant till they reaches on a final decision on any application.

3. I have High blood pressure but is controlled via medication. Is this something I need to worry about? Not an issue....u might give some more test
4. The best DMP to schedule an appointment with - Health Bay Clinic, Zahra Hospital (Sharjah) - depend upon ur location

IMHO, when the file is with VO and under active processing or review or waiting review then the reply come from option -1 because that reply is always with VO initials

when the file is put away or it is not with VO for some reasons e.g. case finalized but waiting visa quota, sent to other agencies for BGC etc then the reply come from option-2 and it is always with IMS initials.

Just my guess......
