I am stuck with the birth certificate issue with LVO. I will appreciate if any body can explain Long Form Birth Certificate as required to LVO

Please be advised that the birth certificates provided are not accepted. Please provide us with scanned copies of long form birth certificates issued by Pakistan government for all 3 children.

Please scan and provide information required within 30 Days via e-mail.

Please email them Attested Copy of Bay Form from along with its English Translation. You need to get then attested from Foreign Office.

Its a single day procedure

1. Attested Photocopy of birth certificate along with translation from Union Council.

2. B-form photocopy Attested (No need for translation as it will in both Urdu & English languages)

Confused statement.

As per my knowldge, translation is not required in case of "Birth Certificate" as it's printed in both English & Urdu language.

Secondly, translation is required in case of "B-Form" as it's only printed in Urdu language and if you don't wanna send it as ORIGINAL then you have to attest the photocopy from the notary public.

I've never heared about the foreign affair attestation

Please do correct me if I'm wrong any whare.

Dear it's not possible after medical as medical is valid for 1 year and you can expect PPR any time now
Relax and you are very close to destination

Whoever has received 18 months letter is before medicals. Those who have received medicals won't receive 18 months wait letter
