When will we hear from VO????? when will that MR come???it's been a long time since we r waiting..... I got inprocess on 21st march 2012 and haven't heard anything from them, what's going on... When will our lucky day come??? Iam waiting anxiously......

Bro I can guess only, if they are considering 6, then next month will bring good news inshallah and if they are concentrateing on 12, then we need to wait more... Abhi Kay liay forget all and enjoy Eid

the trend and working pace that LVO has, it clearly suggest that it would be more than 6 months wait, we all know it very well, we may have to wait at least 10/12 months, completely my opinion, but you also know the fact that we are MI-1, we have the least priority, so dreaming about getting MR request just after 6 months from the wait letter date will be daydreaming. though, i will be jubilant if i get MR right-away after 6 months, but that's not happening all my dear friends.

I hope you are wrong my freind I would say that we are lucky that our cases got into in process early that's why they have sent us the letter, in normal circumstances for MI1 cases they get into in process after 26 months and another 4-6 months for further instructions, so their reply of 6-12 months wait means that they will send the instructions for next step within 6-8 months on average

I have just discovered this forum and it's really helpful. I received my 6-12 month letter from LVO on 25th April 12. I have one question. Will the new Immigration point system effect our files?and at which point a files is considered to be safe from MI changes. In case of pre-2008 backlog applications, cases which have received a selection decision based upon selection criteria are eligible for further action. What about our cases? Have the 6-12 months letter cases reached selection decision?

Any opinion will be greatly appreciated.
