I sent out the first document, the Online Degree Verification Report, on March 26th.After a while,the status changed into
“We are processing a new package or document for your application.

In April, I sent several times my academic transcript(CHN+ENG) through CSSD, but the status and the[date] are never updated, they are stuck on 3/26. OMG!!!!!! and I never received any emails telling me if they have received these documents.
It has been 20 days since I sent my academic transcript but they had no feedback.
I asked a couple of times at”contact us”, they reply a email saying that “Your inquiry has been forwarded to the appropriate department for review.” I am wondering if this really works.
