hi guys, can anybody tell me if cic send the copr by email or ordinary mail, and which adress they send it to the applicant adress or representative adress, or to sponsor adress, also can anybody tell us how long does it take usually to arrive

MilesAway is correct. It's only sent by mail.

It normally goes to the principal applicant. I can't remember if it goes to the representative if you used one. How long it takes to arrive depends on the visa office and what's normal for them. No one is going to be able to give you a specific time.

If you require a visa, the COPR will be sent to you along with your passport. It should go to the principal applicant, however the PPR may go to your representative.

Once you have a positive decision, they will request your passport and provide instructions on how to submit it. We had to send it through a VAC, and pick it up at the VAC.
