Test Update in ECAS but No mail.

My ECAS states that i was sent an email (May 22nd) regarding test invitation. But I didn't receive any mail. Not even in SPAM folder.
I was under the impression that we receive e-mail first and then ECAS is updated.

Any experience of this sort??

Call the cic call center and tell them to re-send the email

Check you home mailbox as well... you never know.

I will try them tomorrow again. It was soo busy this afternoon.

as CIC told me they will stop dealing with paper and regular mail and will send only by e-mail

update:
I received the e-mail yesterday, a week later ECAS update.

Also, one CIC agent mentioned that, the invitation e-mail is not necessarily required to appear for the test. if you have your ECAS updated, your details are already updated at the test centre and you can go appear for the exam. You need to carry required documents for sure. She sent me an email about what documents to carry.

but I got the actual test email anyway, 3 days after i spoke with the agent.
