Temporary visit visa refual how to apply

Can some one help me about my issue, i have applied visit visa for canada from pakistan back in 2002, i got refused with letter saying the immigration officer is not satisfied for my return. Now after 15 years i want to apply again and this time my carrer and situation is much better then before i got now EU and USA visa stamped.
Issue is with me is that i lost my old passport and the rejection letter and have no reference , i seen the application form in which they mentioned in one question " have your ever applied for visa before" what should i do now , can some one give me guide .. thanks

hi, just state that you were refused Canadian visa in 2002 (state the reason). Normally they clear the system after 10 years. This will absolutely not affect you.

ok great thanks,it was really a helpful . one thing if they clear the data after 10 years still i have to mention that i applied, i mean if it is still necessary after 10 years .

No - they certainly don't clear the data (ever). Yes - you must mention that you applied.
