Temporary Resident Visa, more than 7 months - NO RESPONSE!

Hi Guys,
I applied Temporary Resident Visa on Feb 13th, 2021 and its been more than 7 months but there isn't any response yet. I have to travel to India by the end of this month and I even called IRCC/filled webform but nothing is working. Can anyone suggest what can I do? Also, did anyone get their TRVs around this time?
