my sister is about to be married to someone who holds an f2 visa in the us. We are looking for the best options for the marriage ceremony. We think it's best if they get married in Canada as all our friends and family are here. I know he needs to get a temp visit visa in order to come to Canada. My question is does he have to explicitly mention his intention to get married in Canada for the visa or can he just say he would like to visit Canada? In other words is it necessary to mention marriage?

Also in regards to that, if they ask for pictures we don't really have any pictures of the engagement because it just happened suddenly, plus there is also a cultural thing with it being arranged. Would that cause any issue when he applies for the visa?
