Telecommunications job market

Hi,

I am new to the forum. I have a bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering and I am currently working as a project engineer, which is a position that helps the project manager and supervises third party contractors among other things.

I am from South America and would like to move to Ontario; I found that Quebec has more job opportunities in my field, but I do not speak French.

Could someone tell me how the telecom market in Ontario is?

Not speaking French in Quebec is not good. Telecom market in Ontario is good, best near Toronto area.
