I am in the second stage of applying to outland app, my sponsor ahs been approved. However I have just finished a degree and I did not work for that period or register with the jobcentre.
I am currently working full time and I pay all of my INCOME taxes, no problem there.
However, when I was a student I didn't pay any National Insurance.
I have just now called the NI people to resolve that issue and it should be sorted in the next few weeks.
However I am nervous that my unpaid National Insurance Contributions might affect my Visa application. Does anybody know how deeply the CIC Visa office do background checks do the look into national insurance issues and can this go against my application?
I appreciate any help that can be given on this topic!!
