Do we need to submit T4 for the work in Canada post ITA or just the reference would be sufficient.

IRCC cannot require the T4 for privacy reasons. However, it is strongly recommended that you provide it. As long as the info in the T4 is consistent with the info in the letter, it will definitely smooth the processing of your application - it will make it easier for the VO to say yes. If you don't provide it, the VO has to do extra investigation and may find reasons to say no.

False. It is not mandatory, but if you have it it's advised to submit it.

Please help me guys....
I was just going to submit my documents as i recently got the invitation. I have a question buddy if you can help me out it would be great help for me

I started in the company from April 4,2016 as Data Entry Clerk
but after month that is on May2,2016 the company promoted me as Administrative Officer. and till Aug 1 was paid 11.5 per hour for 80 hours a week. Then my pay was revised and i got 14 per hour from then on.

so my question is that in my T4 form my income is 19613 for year 2016.
but at this time i am getting 16$ per hour which makes my annual salary as $32448.

so will cic raise a question regarding this thing that there is a big difference in the annual salary and income for year 2016,

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks in Advance

Its not MANDATORY , therefore NO need to PROVIDE IT ..

keep it handy if they request you during the process ( happens very rare) ....
good reference letter will do :)

Refer this: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/econ/cec/work.asp
Section: Determining an applicant’s employment status

"The T4 slip is therefore key documentary evidence for the vast majority of CEC applicants to demonstrate that they were in an employer-employee work relationship during their period of qualifying work experience in Canada.

However, there is no obligation under the regulations that CEC applicants provide a T4 tax information slip or NOA specifically with their application, and these particular documents cannot be considered conclusive evidence or the only evidence accepted for the purposes of substantiating whether an applicant has qualifying Canadian work experience. As such, in the absence of a T4 tax information slip or NOA, documents which may help substantiate the applicant’s work experience in Canada could include a record or letter of employment from the Canadian employer, work contracts and pay stubs."
