Hi guys

I just wanted to know that is it normal for the visa office to send all the supporting documents back without requesting for the passport or making any decision? On E Cas it tells me application is still in process. They havent asked for any interview or asked him to send his passport to the office. The only time the office contacted us was for the RPRF fee which I hadnt paid then but have now and the office confirmed this a month earlier. The documents were recieved by the office on buffalo end of jan and they have transferred the application to NY. Does anyone know what does this mean? Every week goes by and all we get are the pictures or letters, but no decision.... Help please, any ideas are very welcome. Thanks

PS MY husband is already living with me in Canada under visitors permit

Request for RPRF is almost as good as PPR. You are almost there, just be patient a little while longer!
