Our application was returned back to us yesterday and IRCC said that there was a missing document specifically from the country specific checklist. I am currently working here in Israel with a working visa ( which is the country of my residency)I am a filipino citizen and the required form that the PA to submit is the supplementary information and military background (not applicable to me) Do I just need to submit the supp info? I think this was the missing app and the reason why our app was returned. 2nd question b.) Is to provide spouse travels. Do i need to put also her travel dates?
