I am looking to apply for my in-law supervisa. I am canadian citizen and my husband is on PR.
my question is my inlaws have visitor visa to canada. they also have visitor visa to USA and they indian citizen.
they are planning to visit USA for 6 months from mid FEB.
can they apply for supervisa while they are in USA or they have to be in india??
can their mailing and contact address be in USA and once they return to india, we can change the contact info?
plus the income requirment that my husband and I need to have, does that have to be shown for one year or three years? or since my husband just came to canada - can we have employment letters to show his income?
