Super Visa while I support my Family

Hi guys sorry i couldn't find any threads for this so thought of starting a new one. I live in Canada alone and I support my Parents financially. My parents are old and they don't work . Now Can i apply for Super visa while my family are dependent on me? I am only applying for my mother for now. Any suggestions or observations from previous examples please? your help is really appreciated!

In case of super visa the income of parents is secondary.They must have ties to home country like property ,family members back home.
