Hi,
I applied for supervisa for my mother in July 2020. it is still under process, last update was in july 2021 saying criminality passed based on biometrics. Even the GCMS notes says nothing other than this It looks like they haven't even started eligibility or security checks yet. I tried to call them, these days CIC wont answer any calls citing huge volume of calls. What can I do to get this application moving? Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
