Super-Visa stay ending

Hello All,


My mother got 10 years super-visa and 2 years stay at port of entry... which is ending in July last week.

1. I am planning to apply for "Extension of Stay in Canada" online...

2. Is there any other option to get "Extension of Stay in Canada" (applying / getting USA visa and coming back - does this work okay ?)

3. Any suggestions or points I need to be careful?


Only my sister is in back home country (living with her family) and I want my mother to stay here ... how tough is to get "Extension of Stay in Canada" for her???

Its like another extension, she can certainly goto USA and re-enter but they prefer you apply for extension. You can request another 2 years if you like, just show all financial docs, insurance, and they might ask to fo remeds

You can explain that she is having a good time with family etc and would like to spend more time, plan to visit other cities etc
