Super visa for parents 2023

I am planning to apply for super visa for my parents as they are financially dependent on me. Hence i am not applying their visitor visa.
They have 3 to 4 properties on their name back home but no monthly income. I am sending them money every month.
Also my sister also in canada on study visa as of now and my brother is also PR. So parents are alone back home .
Can you please help me know if there are chances of them getting super visa?

It's not uncommon people pay rents weekly, bi-weekly or yearly.

Good afternoon.....please I need some help, I applied for canada visitors visa since January 2020 I got my decision envelope November 2020....in my decision envelope I saw my passport, my biometric slip, and a white slip, in the white slip they wrote.....your application is still in progress why your passport is being returned to you you will be contacted to resubmit your passport if required. Please I need someone to explain it better
