I completed an EE profile a few weeks ago, suddenly on Sunday I receive an email to say it is "ineligible". Any ideas? Why didn't it show ineligible at the beginning, why only now? Possible clue: it was my birthday the bext day and I was going to lose 5 points for age, from 420 to 415. Next week I will have 425 with ECA. Any body have this problem too?

How you created profile without ECA. This isn't possible!

At least not when I made profile in Aug 2016

Sorry I mean spouse's ECA. Ten points for that.

Points lost in CRS due birthday will not make EE ineligible, but the EE eligibility points should be 67. If you lost one point there on your birthday then your profile would have become ineligible

Just to clarify, the 67 point is for FSW, not for EE. And yes, if your FSW point became below 67 because you turn one year older, your EE profile will also be automatically be cancelled

Create a new profile with your spouse's ECA and make sure you enter enough funds for 2 people in the minimum funds required section.
