Submitting Passports to VAC

Hi All,

We had applied for my mother's TRV for Canada from India and we have been requested to submit the passport to the nearby VAC.

We are planning to go physically there and submit..Need to confirm below things.Please help.


1.I can pay the VAC fees at the counter of the VAC office as well right??Please confirm
2.Do I need to fill any form for VAC before I go there??
3.Please confirm if I need to attach anything else apart from my original passport and the request letter.

yes. You can pay in INR if there are any charges to be paid to VFS/VAC

2.Do I need to fill any form for VAC before I go there??

No. there are no more forms as far I know


3.Please confirm if I need to attach anything else apart from my original passport and the request letter.
Photos - Only if asked by cic in request letter ( if not asked then no photos required)
Xerox copy of passport - front and last page
