the fact:
work permission as a live-in caregiver but work as a cashier in one store, she was caught by CIC and CBSA officer in the store due to someone reported, the hearing will be coming soon and will be asked to leave canada due to subject to exclusion order.
questions:
any chance to keep staying in canada? based on compassionate ground or any other excuse?
is it a must to hire a lawyer? what kind of lawyer? immigration lawyer?
how much normally? I guess expensive, the key is any chance to stay?
