Hello guys,

a friend of mine received this email , however, they did not add where to put the requested documents in his IRCC ACC, does anyone know how to deal with this?

We are reaching out to request updated information in order to process your application. We are seeking documentation on the following information:

Ø Updated study plan outlining the purpose of your studies;

Ø Confirmation of who is funding your studies in Canada and their relationship to you, along with proof of their income and funds for the last 6 months; and

Ø Confirmation of whether you are or have been represented either by a designated individual or paid representative, and if so have you submitted a completed form (designated individual IMM5475/ paid representative IMM5476).

The above information must be received within 30 days from the date of this letter. You must upload your documents by using your IRCC secure account within the time frame indicated above or your application may be refused.

If you are unable to provide the requested documents within 30 days we recommend that you write an explanation and upload it in place of the requested document within the timeline provided by using your secure IRCC account. Do not send any documents or explanation why you cannot meet the 30 day window via email or webform.

For general questions and to check the status of your application, please use the following online resources available to you on the IRCC website:
