Study Permit Extension with SOWP (Applied in September 2019)

Hello Friends,
Please share your experience who applied in September 2019.
How long it will take?
Processing time for study permit extension and open work permit extension will be same or different?
Do they count total days or Business days?

My question is will my spouse get her study permit first then I will get my work permit or we both will receive together??

I am confused about it. Some people says both will get response together and some says separate.

I applied on 24th Aug but there is no update yet..its combine application with SOWP extension.
Any idea why its still not process whereas i see comments here that September applications are already processed..
Its really difficult to track exact time as website date is going up and then again backward.

If you guys know anything about combine applications pls let me know.
I also have my tickets booked for vacation but did not expect this much delay.
