Study permit extension plus spouse open work permit extension

Hello everyone,

I am an international postgraduate student at a Canadian university. My study permit expires in a couple of months and so does my wife's open work permit. I am applying online to extend my study permit and my wife's open work permit under one application. The application page only requires my documents (e.g., passport, photograph, temporary residence application, prof of finance etc.) but not my wife. I am not sure if I am missing something or this is what it is supposed to be. Does applying for a study permit extension automatically include a request for open work permit extension for my wife? In the preliminary assessment question, I had mentioned that my wife is accompanying me in Canada and has open work permit which requires extension as well. On the bottom of the application page, I can see the estimated cost of the application and it includes an extension of the open work permit as well. My only confusion is that why my wife's document is not asked for.

Please let me know if anyone has gone through this process.
