Study gap of 12 years

I am Nishant Majmudar from India.
Have done Diploma Mechanical Engineering and passed out in 2006.
Since 2007 I have been working in Supply Chain and purchase.
I just want to know, does Canada allow such study gap?
I can put up all work related documents.
