Study and dependant visa

Hello,

Myself student and my husband is my dependant on student visa. We have done medical upfront which was done same day. submitted visa documents at VFS, biometrics too done same day. Yesterday i.e on 29th jan my husband online account showed medical passed but mine stil showing reviewing whether i meet eligibility or not and no update on medical.
May i know the resone why my medical is not updated?
