Students from India for (sep. 2014) intake ...plz share

Got my VISA approved today Received an email from CIC for the same. I didnt do GIC, didnt pay 6/12 months tuition fees, didnt take any educational loan, didnt ask any consultant for help and applied with TOEFL. Got my study permit approved in 10 days Btw, I am going to SFU for CS.

It depends upon case to case. Few has got visa without paying tuition fees and GIC whereas few have done both and then got the visa. It totally depends upon an individual. You can show your finances by paying the tuition fees and GIC. Just do remember to make your case strong in whatever way you are showing your finances.

IELTS is required. bt the last date to register for ielts is gone. hence u wont b able to get result on tym for sept intake. Gear up for January intake

Yes it is sufficient, but to make your file (case) strong you must pay 1 year fee. As it shows that you are good by finances and its a plus point for you.
Its my opinion ( must pay 1 year tuition fee )

But I will be showing my funds in the form of loan sanction letter for second semester. That should be ok right?
Also under SPP we need to show IT returns right?

no only GIC and fess receipt is enough if ur applying under SPP , no need of any ITR's .
