I applied for a Canada temporary study/work permit through a consultant from Toronto. And he gave me IMM5739E document, where its mentioned that your submission is confirmed by Immigration refugee of Canada. Submitted my application on 11/30/18, He told me the deadline would be 10 - 15 days, but it's expanding more time! My class will start on January 07! And the consultant ask me to waiting...

How can I consult the process? Thanks.

Check the processing time for your country you can google this, this is just the average time for most applications.
Study permit can take a few days to several months so there is no guarantee you will get it on time, there is no way to make it go faster you just need to wait and possibly consider deferring your admission.
