Student Visa To Vancouver / after btech in mechanical

I have completed btech in Mechanical Engg.

I want to pursue further study in canada (preferably in Vancouver as my family resides there).
Can any one tell me the name of colleges which are not under spp.

I get 6 band in ielts. Can i apply student visa in (vancouver) canada for under graduate course.
