You can apply for GCMS Notes but keep in mind GCMS notes takes 30 days to process so your application might be processed before you get GCMS notes. Its upto you!
I am in the same boat. From my country it takes 4 weeks & today I completed my 4th week. I read in the forum somewhere its usually updated on Tuesday, so lets pray for tomorrow.

Hi there. I did not applied for that, instead I wrote an e mail to embassy about the delay and update on my application today. Lets see what they have to say. Fingers crossed.
