Hi,

My wife has gone on a student visa last year (May 2010). She has finished her studies in Dec 2010 and has got a good job recently and started working.

Now, I am also planning to join her under student category and am applying for student visa under SPP India. I have heard from others that applying under "dependent spouse visa" category is risky because of high rejection rate, hence I am also applying under student SPP category.

Can some body please help me out in knowing, what the chances are, in getting my visa accepted? Would, my wife being in Canada and working, be a positive point? Or is it a negative point?

If it it is a negative point?, should I apply under dependent spouse visa instead of student visa?

Kindly Kindly advise as I am very tense...

Thanks in advance to ya all....

Brother- Since your question is a bit tricky i suggest a free Immigration consultation website and post in your question to any of the 5 immigration consultant based in canada and they reply back in 48 hours. I personally get all my answers from here and they are really really good. Besides they give you the best way out and the legal way out..I normally contact Mr Deepak kohli but again you can contact anyone on the list.

hope this helps. Anything to do with dependent visa is real tricky so its best to go with legal experts.
