Calm down friend. 6 weeks is nothing as far Canadian Embassy is concerned. Just hope that you receive it before September with approved visa.

Hi

I applied for SPP visa on 27th july, 2017 from vfs Kolkata. I linked the paper application online the next day. But i can't track it via VFS tracking tool. I can see from the CIC website and i also got a sms and an email that my application reached and that it's being processed there in Delhi.
I got into Public relations corporate communications at Fanshawe for sept 17 intake.
I did bachelors in journalism and mass communication with 55%, 2017
12th(2014)= 57% though i scored 17 in mathematics but still i passed.
And i think maths isn't necessary in light of my recent studies and my studies in the future.
10th (2012)= 80%

I got unconditional offer letter from Fanshawe, paid 1st sem fees, GIC and no backlogs in my bachelors. IELTS 7.0 not less than 6.5
How do you think are my visa chances?
Will my marks in maths would be a problem?
I am scared. Applied this 27th july. Course starts 4th sept. :/

Trust me you replied very late. You should have applied atleast 3 months earlier than your travel date.

The application process now is 7 weeks. so I'm afraid it's too late on your case now. Offline visa processing will take time than online one. So please have your university updated and check can you join next sem if possible (worst case scenario)

You still got time friend. Be patient. But I'll advise you visit the Canadian embassy in your country and request whats causing the delay. Did same in my home country, Nigeria' as I applied since March 27th for Study Permit no response till now. I've tracked mine but not ready yet, I had to write them a man and there response was so much traffic in applications of candidate is causing a Lotta delay. But will definitely respond. So chill man.

Yes. One I know personally who also applied on 17th May online via IDP chandigarh.

Apart from that, there was a whatsapp message that 5 people who had applied in April got their visas yesterday ie. 3rd August. Not sure how true this is.
