There really is no point asking people here if they think you can get onto a course or not. You need to contact the respective college or university. It is their opinion that counts.

should i apply for colleges nw for september session nw or its too early..when is the right time to apply for september session. hw many months are required to get visa..duration of whole procedure?

If u plan to continue yr studies in Sept 2011, u should start to apply now and get ready all yr funds. Some of the better colleges already have their programs closed as they have quotas for international students, while others, which do not have quotas, are open for applications. So better start early.
