Statutory Declaration of Common Law

Hi everyone,

I am currently filling out my e-apr and after filling out all the forms the system is now asking to upload several documents. One of those is the 'Statutory Declaration of Common Law". In order to prove our common-law relationship, is this the only document that I need to upload? I do have more proof (e.g. lease agreement, joint bank account etc.)

Concerning the statutory declaration imm 5409 common law form you need to provide as much as proof you can. This can, of course, include what you have also mentioned. In fact, the more detailed application you provide the more chances you have to accomplish the task,

in other words, this makes your application much stronger.
