They send back documents through same the courier via which you sent it to them. Because the courier also encloses a self addressed return envelop with your documents which is later used by CHC for sending back your documents.

You're a college applicant right? Yaar InshaAllah dekh lena MEDICAL hi hoga.. jinko reject karna tha college mein se unko CHC reject kar chuki hai.. timeline k mutabiq medical hi hoga..

I'm almost sure its medical.. just in time for you to have enough time left to clear medical and get visa 1 month before fall session starts.. (I really hope I'm not wrong)
