after reading the officer's guide, can i be refused because i am a student in my final year? I have small income (really small). Sponsoring spouse....Also is the processing time in business days or just regular days??
You just need to work and show the proof of it, how high is you salary is not important for sponsorship. You can't be on social assistance to become a sponsor. I thik embasy has regular working hours during the week days.
my husband who is sponsoring me is also in his final year and doesnt have a regular income. he was approved as a sponsor. the ammount of income only matters when dependent children are involved
