Hello guys, I submitted my passport on 13th September and since 15th September its under process at IRCC Bangalore, while other who submitted later even got their passport while I have not emails.
I am leaving on 18th oct, what can i do if don’t receive in another week?
Please help, I have contacted vfs they said its with ircc and they can’t get information from them, how can I contact those people now.

I think you can raise a webform - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/web-form.html

Select that your application is being processed outside Canada and then select India- Bangalore and send them your query. I think they should get back to you with answer!

It is asking for passport number, UCI and application number aswell.

Hey Manan! Yes, it is cic.gc.ca, that means it is Canadian government website, and the web form is a part of IRCC website so you can put in those details! Hope this helps!

Thankyou, I submitted the webform and got 2 mails that they are committed to respond to my query, I hope this make them aware about my passport.
As i know atleast who applied on my date or late has passport in their hands.

Got the reply from delhi high commission which has absolutely no information about case, just that be patient and don’t plan trip before you get passport. You can check your secure gic account to check status.

That’s what they usually do. But can’t do anything other than waiting now!

But I’ll say your date is far away, you should get something by end of this week or early next week so don’t worry 18th October should still be good for you!
