Yes i do have a lawyer, he is in contact with immigration not me. But i also have the MP of Mississauga on our side as well. While i was filling the stage 1 h&c i got help from the MP and she said that my fakily is really good and that there must had been a mistake for the deportation...but thats not important. The important thing is that i have her communicating woth immigration on my families behalf which is something most other people dont have, hopefully it has an impact in this processing timeI don't know. We typically recommend people work with a lawyer if they are going to do H&C.
Also, people are typically in Canada for H&C applications. I don't know how it works once you are outside of Canada.
