SPOW Processing timelines delay

Hi everyone,

We received the Spouse Work-permit approval for my husband and Visitor record for my child as follows:

- Eligibility review on Sep 15th, 2019
- Positive response on Sep 16th, 2019 (we didn't receive notification email but we checked in the account)
- Email received on Sep 17th, 2019.

Final timelines: Submission on May 25th, 2019 - Approval on Sep 16th, 2019.

Hi, Which part of Canada you applied from. Did you Sowp took 3 months? What instructions on the letter? Do you have to go CBA to get the official permit? I applied in Sept 2019 from New Foundland.

My second SOWP file has been applied on 7 May'19 due to biometric refusal revert from IRCC in first time submission (uploded first file on3rd March'19)although I hv not received any update for get conducted biometric.
medical done already in first time process steps & finally on 15 May'19 also biometric done during second time process After that till date status showing under process, please anyone guide me how long process will take & to whom I can approach via mail or call etc. as correct deadline is showing 7 weeks from india IRCC portal but as of now 20 weeks passed.
Looking forward kind reply....please
