Spouse sponsorship for PR - question about ICU number

Hello everyone,

My wife and I are in Canada on temporary work permits. My wife is the primary applicant for PR and she will be sponsoring me. They asked her for her ICU number when she submitted the initial application (we don't have and ITA yet.) However I have automatically been assigned an ICU number even though my current visa has a different number.

Is this going to be an issue at all?

UCI number you mean? Once you pass the medicals it will be updated to your actual UCI (the one on your work permit).

Yeah, UCI number, my bad. So basically there is nothing to worry about? They'll match my existing visa with this new application in due time?
