Thanks for your replay
one of my concerns is the employment questions , as i am 7 months immigrant in CANADA
That`s why i am still not working because of doing exams and the board for my license
in turn i do not pay taxes till today , my concern would that affect my spouse file negatively ?
as I read there `s something called " Option C print-out" notice of assessment of latest taxes in the document checklist !!!!!!!
and there `re many Qs regrading employed or Unemployed ?

Please advise me as i do not want any rejection to my wife :)
thanks In advance guys

sponsorship do not need financial support.
but you cannot sponsor your spouse if you are taking social assistance.

you can simply write a letter about your situation ( current situation, future plan and how you are going to support when your spouse come Canada etc)

think if you do not have any income, you should/would file tax anyway.
so you should call CRA and ask how it works for you.

hope it helps.

I did not work in Canada past these 6 months Must I need to pay taxes though ?
I am not sure about that as no body advised me to go CRA for tax as i am not working or employed
What do you think ?

Thanks again :)

even you did not work , think you should file 0 income.
you could call CRA and ask them or ask accountant if you can.

( when my husband was in foreign country, he filled 0 income )
