Spouse open work permit based on PGWP implied status of husband

Hi,
My husband has applied for PGWP and he got implied status.
He recently got a job a week ago only and now can we apply for spouse work permit extension?
he did not receive any paystub yet
My work permit is expiring on 30th april ,2024.
If we wait for 3 paystubs then it will be too much late !
Please suggest. Can someone please help ?

That’s exactly happened with us. We applied with one paystub and then updated with more paystubs. But I am still waiting for the decision. So I am not sure will it work this way or not.
