Spouse MBBS degree ECA for points only

Hi All,

I am new and I hope that my query will be addressed here.

My wife has done MBBS and i just want to include her to gain her education points into my application. (I am the primary applicant).

Please confirm just to gain spouse education points, ECA can by done by WES or it should be done by MCC first?
