I want to right away disclose that my spouse already had a TRV and currently working in USA. On my part, I (OWP - NOT CANADIAN CITIZEN) applied for Canadian PR In-Canada that currently in process.

Can anyone please explain will she be allowed to come back into canada before any decision is made on my application?
