i dont think so.. based sa mga recent posts, this is just the template AOR from MVO Saka indicated naman sa email na hindi na kailangan mag resubmit kapag submitted na yung listed documents.

Meron naring mga nag confirm na hiningan sila through separate email ng additional documents.

oh ok i see. do we just ignore this email and just wait for further email updates from them? medyo nakakabother din kasi parang ang hirap magrisk na hndi pansinin yung aor2 nila kahit alam nman namin na complete documents na yung nasubmit namin. gusto ko din itry magsend ulit ng newly issued nbi clearance since hnd na valid by this date yung napasa ko dati. napaka confusing tlaga sana nga mkareceive ulit tayo ng followup email.

i cannot say that for sure. you can check yung isang topic titled *NEW* Manila Visa Office. meron din dun the same concerns as you saka doon ata yung nagsabi na nakatanggap sya ng AOR with pdf attachment na nag specify ng kailangan nyang documents

hi suzyph. ask ko lang yung sa personal history mo correct me if i'm wrong pero di ba yan din yung nasa imm5669 schedule A: backround/declaration? so hinihingi ulit nila sayo yan assuming na nasubmit nyo na yan dati? or may kulang/gap ka kaya nagrerequest sila ult?

Hello pa help naman po, kasi wala po kaming picture ng asawa ko simula nung mag gf/bf pa lang kame since 09. And 2011 na po oldest picture namen, kasi lahat ng pic namen noon nasa friendster and nawala na friendster. Yung messenger naman may msgs since 2013 lang. Pano po un? Proceed with the application for permanent residence.. for letter B ano yung kinoconsider po nila dto para maproceed yung application?maraming salamat mga kababayan.

NOTE: These are purely based on my understandings from when I read the application package

For letter A.
- ibabalik nila yung papers ninyo
- may marerefund kayo na amount
- pwede ulit mag apply kapag naayos na ninyo yung dahilan kung bakit nadeny si sponsor

For letter B.
- itratransfer nila papers ninyo sa Manila Visa Office
- most likely madedeny ang application ninyo
- pwede ninyong iappeal ang case ninyo

Pareho lang tayo ang police clearance ng asawa ko ay on process palang s Hong Kong. Nagemail ako s hk to follow up at ng reply sila na binigay ang reference number nya at accepted/on process palang daw. Nagantay kasi kami ng request letter sa CEM ng police clearance but now as I can see mga sinesend na aor2 s iba sabi s letter nila "if you need a request letter for police clearance email us" subject: requesting for police clearance (country).. You dont need to put in your letter if student ka sa ibang country basta umabot ka ng 6 and more months s ibang country automatic na kailangan mo kumuha. In the body of your letter input mo n lang ang file number mo para alam ng CEM input nila sa letter. Hope this help..

We submitted our application last December and PRAISE GOD, after 5 months we got our AOR2 already.
I am now requested to submit Japan police certificate since I lived as a student in Kansai a few years back.

My problem now is where to get this form requesting for a police clearance. Earlier today I requested the immigration office to send me a copy of the form and got the following responses:

1st reply:
----- Original Message to MANIL (IMMIGRATION) /Message d’origine à MANIL (IMMIGRATION) -----
We confirm receipt of your email to the Manila Visa Office.

We will review your message shortly and if you do not receive a reply within our service standards (28 days), this means that the information requested is available on our websites www and www or your application is still within processing times.

2nd reply:

We received your email regarding file number XXXXXX on 02 June 2016. We note that the file was received on December.
If you have sent us this email to report important changes regarding your application, we will add this information to your file. This email serves as your confirmation of receipt for these documents. Please be assured that this information will be brought to the attention of the appropriate authority.
We note that this file is currently within processing standards. We do not respond to status enquiries if the application is within normal processing times.

THERE WAS NO ATTACHMENT. THEY DIDN'T SEND ME A COPY OF THE REQUEST LETTER TO THE JAPANESE POLICE OFFICE

Anyone who can help me please on what I should do next? I called the JP embassy in PH earlier and I was told processing takes 2-3 months if I apply from Manila, so I plan to fly to Japan and file directly in their Police Office which takes 10 days to 3 weeks only. But my problem is on the request from CIC. Can you help me please what to do? where do i get the form? anyone who has a copy please?

indi mo kailngan ng form for police certificate. Punta ka lang sa police station kung sang prefecture ka at ipapakita mo lang sa knila ung letter ng cic na nanghihingi sila sau ng police cert.

wala naman pdf file basta email lang gaya nung iba saka sabi din kung nasend na nga daw wag na daw isend kaso pati AOM kasama sa hinihingi ngaun e wala nmn yun sa checklist ng PA.

Meron, alam kong AOM eh don sa parang specific country na document, don ko nakita ung AOM. Kung meron naman sir na nakaready pasa na lang..Nga po pala, may nakita ba kayong initials don sa email? Sabi ni VO daw yun.

indi ko lang alam kung pde ka kumuha ng police cert sa japan kung indi ka residente don. Suggestion lang ah baka pede sa japan consulate ka sa pinas mag finger print tas isend mo sa kamag anak mo sa japan kung meron kang kamag anak dun im not sure pero itanong mo sa consulate dyan sa pinas. Kasi ung mga pinoy sa japan kapag nanghihingi sila ng NBI nagpupunta lang sila sa philippine consulate para sa finger print then isinisend nila sa kamag anak nila sa pinas baka pde rin ung ganun sa japan consulate dyan.

hi everyone , i send my application almost a month a go , and i did not recieve any email yet from the cic , do you think it's still ok? , coz based on what i read almost everyone here got an email from cic from lessthan a month . thankyou everyone .
