Maybe yung sinasabi mong decision made is yung sponsor approval yun ng asawa nyo po.. Hindi po magandang mg DM without PPR kasi most of the time denied po yun.

Aww ganun ba yun?? Nalungkot naman ako! uo kasi kapag chinecheck namen ung sa online ang nakalgay Decision Made. Pero wala pang Passport Request. Thank you po sa reply.

my brother is holding Canadian Passport since 2004, he divorced his wife on 2005 she is a Canadian citizen , in the same time he was married other wife since 1995.
On 2005 he applied for his 2nd wife and her kids for P.R. under spousal sponsorship after he divorced the 1st wife but application was refused because the marriage contract for the 2nd wife was not valid in Canada
Cause its date is before the date of divorced, means he was married 2 wives in the same time.
He appealed the decision; kids got the P.R. but refused for his wife, Since he divorced his 1st wife his status in Canada is Single.
he divorced her and re married her last February 2014 and now he wants to apply for P.R. for her under spousal sponsor.
He is asking shall he put his status single or he should put married? many thanks in advanced.

Well, that is what we can expect... to have more February applicants done now.....

but we need to remember that there are many applicants from 2013 that still need to have
DM.... my prayers for all of them.....

We need answers soon
