i am a Filipino but currently a working nurse in Saudi Arabia. my contract will end in Jan 2015. and my husband and i will start the spousal sponsorship as soon as he receives the NBI clearance from the Philippines. maybe this October, he will send the application. i would like to ask if how many months in total to finish the process? and can u tell me which visa office should i put? will it be in Riyadh or Philippines? which one process faster? thank you

Nurse dn aq dati sa riyadh, exit knb sa jan 2015? Kng mageexit kna sa manila visa office ka nlng.. Case to case basis ang processing, usually 8-10 months, some as early as 6 mmths may visa na ung iba nmn umaabot ng isang taon and longer, it depends sa hahawak ng paper mo..

Hi Kristel there's no Visa Office po in Saudi. You will either go through Manila VO or Abu Dhabi (servicing this ME countries :Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen).
If I were you, just choose Manila VO.
No assurances on how long an application can take. Some as early as 6 months and others may take longer, depending on the completeness of the application, the proof you gonna attach for the genuinenesss of the relationship and most importantly the visa officer who will be assigned to look after your application. So it always comes to 'case to case basis' po.
Have u got your police certificate from Saudi too?

tahimil tayo ngayon ah, wala pa ba nagchecheck? hnd pa ba nag-a update ang CEM? ayoko mgcheck eh.

Wala p sis.. ngcheck aq knina lng.. ayaw ko n nga mgcheck eh antayin ko nlng dumting visa nkka stress rin n mgcheck ng mgcheck tas wala update..

Good morning po sa lahat. Kinuha po ang passport ko at appendix A last August 5. Nareceived lahat ng documents ng embassy nung August 8. Lampas 45 days na po, at wala po kahit anong update sa status namin, only "Medical results have been received". Ano po kaya nangyayari? Wala sila update or kahit ano.

Ano po timeline nyo? Saakin din po wala p update...

OPO.mag eexit na po this january 2015. pero ung current address ko po saudi, so, if ever po na uuwi na ako sa january, i shoud notify the immigration na umuwi na po ako at nasa pinas na, ganun po ba? bago lang po kasi ako kaya di pa alam kung ano gagawin. salamat po.

hello! thank you for the response. yes, i have my saudi police clearance. we are making it fast to start the application kasi po pa expire na this november. hinihintay na lang po kasi namin ang NBI clearance from the philippines. kelangan po ba ung NBI clearance sa pinas o pwede na po namin ipasa kahit saudi police clearance lang? tapos na din po ung upfront medical exam ko.

i will then choose manila VO since im going home this january 2015. but i need to notify the immigrqation once i home, di po ba?

Meron ibang applicants na to follow na lang yung kanilang mga police certificates but then they included explanation letter as to why nde muna nainclude. Mas OK nga na Manila VO ka na lang kasi parang mas mabilis ang Manila compare sa Abu Dhabi.
