Hi Sis, in my opinion lang. I think pwede na since you are approved na for step 1. Step 1 ksi dun i aasses ka kung kaya mo magsponsor dun titignan kung may work ka gnun or ung ability mo to sponsor. Since nsa step 2 ka na tinitignan lang nila dun kung genuine ung relationship nyo. And sa spousal naman walang LICO (Low-income cut offs) kahit wala kang work pwede ka mag sponsor ung nga lang syempre mas okay kung may work Tsaka if you read your SA letter wala nmn nakalagay dun na iupdate mo sila pag may change sa employment status mo. Just my thought

Thank you so much for the information on the length of time to return the passport. Four months is very much a problem as her passport is needed to complete the visa renewal process of the country in which we live. Hmmm.

Hi, i suggest you email CEM about your concern. CEM may release your wife's passport earlier if they see her RP is due for renewal.

It's worth a try.

oo tagalog un tumawag sakin lalake.. yan lng tlga sinabi,.,

ask pla muna sya ng name ko and bday ko,. tapos yan na sinabi

mabuti ka pa sana sumunod na ung papers nmin pareho kayo ng husband ko ng in process date July 3...

Hello kylan ba dumating ung baby? Bago ka mag PR or after? ksi kung bago ka mag PR dapat dineclare mo sya ksi kung hindi mahihirapan kang kunin sya. Dapat ksi nirereport ung change ng status at dependents habang pinoprocess ung papers. para kahit di sya accompanying muna sa application atleast declared sya as your child. And you can sponsor him/her on a later date.

Hello, comlicated masyado ung sitwasyon mo. Ksi very particular ang CIC sa mga undeclared dependants baka PR mo maapketuhan and marevoked dahil dun yun na ung worst case senario.Much better if you look for an immigration firm or lawyer na pwede ka ihelp. Or maybe you can apply for H&C grounds sa CIC. Consult an immigration Consultant/lawyer that is my best advce.

Sa katunayan po ang mom ko po ang nag sponsor sa akin dito under Live in caregiver program kaya po ako nakarating ng canada.. january 2013 po nag start ecas ko february 2013 po pinanganak ung bata.. d ko n po alam gagawin ko dhl hanggang ngayon d pa po kami nagkakaayos ng gf ko... pero gusto ko sila makuha pag me awa ng dios

Send an e-mail to Manila Visa Office explaining that the passport is needed to renew the Visa,
and they will send it back to you....
My wife got passport request in July also,
and looks like they are doing background check...
but if we are lucky it wont take 4 months,
Many have got DM after one month of In Process
So, I believe that you could be close to receive your passport...
But also we need to consider that Manila
has not make any update with Decision Made since September 1st.
that is 3 weeks already... then, we may need to wait even longer...

But if the passport is needed Manila will send it back to you,
I assure you,
just Mail them explaining the situation...

They are reading and replying to the concerns of the applicants.

ngbbgay cla ng extension, so dpends po sa VO nio..

..mdyo iilan kau Sept.1 nag DM, i-assume nio nlng po na bka
